CPEA Inc. is an online estate sale company that combines excellent customer service with the reach of an e-commerce site. We do it all- packing, pick-up, photography, cataloging, payment and delivery – makes the entire process of planning and managing an estate sale easy and seamless. We sell it all.

Buyouts: We buy entire and partial estates. Call for a free consultation.

Online Estate Auctions: Full or partial Estates welcome. Fees are between 40-50% commission if we move the Estate (packing and moving to our Auction House)

Consignments: We welcome consignment items at our Auction Firm year round. Your items will be added to an upcoming Estate Auction. Drop offs for consignment items are by appointment. Please email us with a drop off request or call 704.996.1605. We consign at a 70/30 basis. The Auction firm keeps 30% plus the buyers premium (if applicable and up to 15%) The client keeps 70 % of the sale. You can become a regular consigner and consign monthly or once in a while. We have a huge warehouse for most items as well as a climate controlled space for high end collectibles and artwork.

Rules:

Items must be clean and unbroken. If you would like items sold as a lot please seperate into bags or boxes. For example, you can have a box of kitchen towels, a bog of hand tools, a single sewing machine, a box of childrens shoes.

 

We LOVE furniture, silver, jewelry, art, china, antiques, vintage clothes, coins, primitives, tools, collectibles, old toys, and pretty much anything in your home!

These items NOT allowed:

NO Cribs, high chairs, pack & plays, child car seats or booster seats. These items have high recall numbers so we do not consign them.

NO fire extinguishers, combustible items, gas cans, guns or firearms at this time. No mattresses, pillows, soft cover books,.

If you are unsure just ask. We accept MOST anything!
